In 2020 I began my own culinary journey when I met my wife. She inspired me to really take my natural born talent in cooking to the next level. My cooking hobby led me to pursue formal training at August’s Escoffier School of Culinary Arts , where I refined my skills and cultivated a deep appreciation for the art of cuisine.

With over 3 years of professional experience, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best clients in the Tampa Bay Area and surrounding cities. My culinary journey has taken me from charcuterie to soul food to contemporary fusion cuisine, each experience enriching my repertoire and shaping my unique culinary style.

"First timers and tried the Curry chicken, Bbq wings, Henny wings and Mac 'n cheese. We are usually meat and potato people so we were a bit hesitant to try. We were not disappointed. The food ( and there was a lot of it) was very good with lots of flavor, but not too much! Looking forward to next time."
